INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship orders to the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses), Canada and Japan. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars. Click here for orders to Japan FAQs.
Packages shipped to Japan are sent via Yamato. Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
We hope to expand our delivery range to other countries in the near future. If you wish to be notified of when we will be able to ship internationally, please send us an email at contactus@madewell.com containing the word “International” in the subject line.
Madewell makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. CANADIAN ORDERS
IMPORTANT DETAILS ON SHIPMENTS TO CANADA VIA CANADA POST MAIL:
We are currently unable to ship packages to Canada via Canada Post. This impacts Canadian shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please note, all other shipments to Canada remain unaffected. If you have any questions, please contact us at contactus@madewell.com or call 866 544 1937.
By ordering goods from Madewell, you authorize our licensed Canadian customs broker to act as your agent and to transact business with the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, return merchandise to Madewell and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker and that you will obtain the refund directly from Madewell. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by the CBSA in your name so that Madewell can be reimbursed.
