When you register and create your account with madewell.com, we’ll remember your information so the checkout process is easy. You’ll also be able to store all your addresses, manage your email preferences and check your order history.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING?
Yes, you can. You can also check your order status from the help desk without registering, but registering will give you access to more information about your order.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION AFTER I REGISTER?
Personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you if you provide the correct password. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the My Details page. For more information on our privacy policy, click here.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
No problem. We can give you a hint. If you still can’t remember, we can reset your password and email a new one to you. We can’t give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY ADDRESS BOOK INFORMATION?
Your address book is your personal storage space. We do not use the names of the people in your address book to send email promotions or catalogs by mail. When you enter the names in your address book, they will be accessible on your computer; we recommend you click on the link to clear all information after placing your order. This link is also available on our privacy page. Your address book and all other information in your account are accessible when placing phone orders too.
