SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

We're happy to offer the following flat-rate shipping methods:

Free shipping applies to madewell.com orders shipped via ground shipping and totaling $100+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Madewell gift cards do not count toward the $100 order total.

Overnight delivery

Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We're happy to offer the following flat-rate shipping methods:

We ship UPS Ground Service directly to your door.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS Express for a $25 flat rate. For express orders, duties and taxes are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Shipments to the Yukon and Northwest Territory are shipped via CN Express. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods from CN Express. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date your order was placed for delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes anywhere in Canada. If you have any questions, please contact us at contactus@madewell.com or 866 544 1937.

SALES TAX

For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty, PST and GST where applicable.

SHIPPING TO JAPAN

For orders shipped to Japan, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods from Yamato Transport. Click here for orders to Japan FAQs.
