SkarGorn™ #21 Tank

SkarGorn™ #21 Tank is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Skargorn basics I have the long sleeved tee and t-shirt dress by Skargorn and just had to add this to my collection as well. I'm usually a medium but got this in small and it's still quite oversized but in a flattering way. I got it in black so it's not super see-through but it's a great basic. At the sale price it's worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been looking for a slightly oversized tank! I have been looking for a slightly oversized tank! This tank is perfect! It is slightly oversized, I purchased a small and it is slightly oversized on me, but not baggy, for reference I am 5'8" 135 pounds. I ordered the Petrol wash and it is like a dark(ish) teal color, and it isn't sheer at all. The arm holes are big so I wear a bandeau underneath and it is perfect! I am so excited to wear this with my white skinnies and heels, over my swimsuit, and just with Vans and jeans! Lightweight, without being sheer. Great staple piece! I think I may order another color or two!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect relaxed cut off tank This tank is perfect for days off or even tied up with some printed high waist pants to work (retail). It falls nicely and effortlessly. Its everything I was looking for in a tank.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfy tank Much thinner than other skargorn cotton tops, but still one of the best tanks around. Nice drapey fit. Slightly sheer. I do agree with the other reviewers on the "Thunderwash" color - on every monitor I saw a green tint to the tank. However, in person there is no green... color is like a dark blue grey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this tank! Love this tank from Skargorn! It is soft, had a great fit (I typically wear Medium in Madewell and had to get a small in this, as the Medium was quite large on me), and I love the notches at the shoulders! My only disappointment is that this Thunder color appears more green on the website, but it is actually a blue with NO hint of green whatsoever. Madewell should adjust the color on their pic. Otherwise, I love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good basic I can't believe the regular price of this basic tank! I only purchased it because i got a good deal on it at the store. The tank runs huge which resulted in having to choose an XS which is never my actual size. Its just a basic tank but I love the pocket detail and hope to get lots of wear out of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but last year's version was better I bought the #21 tank last year in black and lived in it all summer. Perfect oversized, breezy fit and sturdy fabric. I thought I'd get some other colors this year - ordered the milk wash a few months ago and returned it because it was too sheer and the fabric was too thin. Most recently I got the newer #21 tank in petrol and storm - really like the colors and the cut still, but the fabric used in this year's version is considerably thinner than last year. The sturdier fabric is a huge selling point for me - I want to buy stuff that I know will last. I even checked to be sure that it was the same version, and it says #21, but there's one difference: last year's was "Made in the USA," this year's was "Made in China." Personally, I'd rather pay more for the higher quality, made in the USA version. That said, I'm still keeping the new ones because I like the color and the fit, and I would still recommend the top.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Brand I buy most Skargorn tops carried by Madewell. This particular top is great, but it varies from all of the others in that the material is lighter, thinner, and falls differently. I still suggest it -- but thought others might want to know. And the color of the dark version looks nothing like the photo. I was excited about the shirt and had actually assumed I selected the wrong color when purchasing because it could not have been the same as the picture I saw.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from different fabric I have to echo the other reviewer that mentioned the difference between this season's version and the last. My #21 tank from last season is one of my favorite shirts because it is made from beautifully thick cotton that holds its shape and drapes fabulously. The material they are now using is thin and stretches out within a couple hours of wearing it. Like the other reviewer pointed out, they're now made in China instead of the US. Overall I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the fabric but I liked the cut and color too much to return it. I would pay full-price for last year's version but not this one.
