So soft and pretty
I got this for my beach vacation and I love the soft chambray and color of the dress. It may be slightly darker than pictured on the model. I got my usual Madewell dress size which is small, and it fits true to size. One thing I have noticed is that the sleeves look longer on the model than on me. When I took the dress out of the bag, the sleeves looked really short, but after trying on, they almost hit my elbow...because it fits low on the shoulders with no choice to pull it up as you can with other off the shoulder items. The body is a loose fit, maybe too much so, but I still love it!

So much to love
Great dress. TTS. Shoulders stay in place. Great color. I have three boys 5, 3 and 18 months, this dress stood up to a full day of their craziness, and I felt good in it to boot!!! IMO perfect hybrid of style and function. I wore it for errands but I could have easily made it work for cocktails or dinner here in Florida. Basically a well made blank slate for whatever shoes/jewelry/makeup which is exactly why I keep returning to Madewell when I want to shop.

Summer flair
Wore this for a backyard 4th of July BBQ! Love the combination of off-the-shoulder and denim. Such a great dress to wear casually or for something special. The denim itself isn't too thick so OK for hot temps. The shape of the dress is pretty baggy in the middle, which I actually like -- but if you're looking for something more form-fitting I wouldn't suggest this one.

So versatile!!
This dress is amazing! The off the shoulder is perfect and comfortable so you can still move your arms. The color is great and it's so soft. I plan to wear all summer mixing it up with different jewelry and sandals. Would also be a great swim coverup. The detailing on the sleeves is also great. I'm so happy with this purchase

The fit is true to size. The off the shoulder elastic is comfortable and not too tight. I love the color as it is a light denim. It can be dressed up or down, but I plan to keep it casual and wear with a cute pair of sandals.

I love this dress. I think it's adorable and easy to wear, but my boyfriend keep saying I'm wearing a tube sock. I'm 5'3'' and petite and it comes down to my knees. I do get more looks from women than men in this.
