Love the dress! Runs slightly small.
I love this dress! I'm 5'4" and 110 lbs and the 00 was very unattractive on the sides when buttoned so I went with the 0. I would say for Madewell this runs small because I'm almost always a 00 or XXS.

Quality and style is really good
But i recommend to buy larger size . I used to wear size 12 from madewell . I got this dress online with size 14 but it not fit , it really tight even i order larger one size .

Favorite dress
Fell in love with this dress, bought it for our beach trip, and constantly received compliments on it. I'm 5'3", 120 pounds, small chest. I vary between a 2 and a 4 in madewell dresses, depending on the style. I bought this in a 4. Fits perfect except a tiny bit loose in the shoulder straps. Absolute favorite dress, looks amazing with a tan, and my husband loves it as well. Buy it

Adorable Dress - Must Have for Summer
This dress is just as cute in person as it is on the model. It is exactly as pictured, and I'm obsessed with it. I am 5'7", 155 lbs, and I followed other reviewers advice to size up. I'm happy that I did because I think it would have been uncomfortably tight on me in a medium. I am a 36B in bust size, so I had no issue with the top sizing. It's sort of a pain to get on and off, but it's not such an issue that I would not recommend this dress.

SO cute, but not for the larger busted
To begin with, I LOVE the style of this dress. The ruffles make it so, so cute, and I'm pretty much obsessed with the pinafore type style. With that being said, this is not sized for people with larger busts.
I wanted this dress to fit me SO badly, but, unfortunately, it did not work out. For reference, I'm a 32DDD and tried on both the 4 and the 6. The 6 JUST buttoned, but it was a struggle, and looked too tight around the bust. Usually I wear a small in Madewell clothing (unless its a button down or courier shirt....then I wear an XS). I would attempt to try on the 8, but i already know it would then be much too loose around the waist. I truly wish this dress would have worked for me because I love it!!!
**I gave this dress 4 stars because of the quality and the style. If it would have fit me properly, I would have definitely given it 5 stars.

Perfect day dress
My only complaint is the length, but at 5' 1" I suppose I can't expect much.
Falls above the knees.
