Love this bag
I have been using this bag for the better part of 2016-17. Classic and easy. I can throw everything in and go. Was worried when I originally purchased that it would get lines or the leather would crack from slouch wear, no such problems. Leather has improved w age. Would recommend and purchase again. Would purchase more madewell bags as this was a good investment

I've never been a purse person, but this bag has changed me completely. I take it with me everywhere. It fits your entire world but isn't bulky. Love the black to take anywhere, and had it monogrammed and have never been more pleased. #obsessed

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our daughter in NYC. She has wanted the black Transport Tote for years and is thrilled to finally have it. It has softened but keeping the structure it needs to stand. To quote our daughter, "I feel so put together"!

I love my transport tote!
I have been carrying the same transport tote for over a year now and I am obsessed with how the leather has worn! I carry a heavy laptop and giant makeup bag and the straps are still as strong as the day I purchased it. I honestly think I will carry this bag for the next ten years. I highly recommend purchasing!

Totes A Good Buy
Purchased the Transport Tote in black last Memorial Day weekend and have used the bag nearly every day since. The leather is supple and sturdy a year later (I have treated it with Dr. Marten's Wonder Balsam occasionally). The clean lines of the tote are appropriate for work, but simple enough for a casual weekend. Looking forward to many more years with this quality bag.
