HOW TO ORDER
Madewell ships internationally to over 100 destinations. To start shopping, click on the flag at the top of the page and choose your shipping destination. Once you choose your destination, products will be displayed in your local currency. If you don't see your country listed, we don't currently ship to that destination.
At checkout, you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. You will checkout at madewell.com, but all international orders will be processed by our international shipping partner, UPS i-parcel.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are based on interbank rates of exchange.
DUTIES & TAXES
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total at checkout. Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that UPS i-parcel supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by UPS i-parcel during checkout.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?
No. When you check out, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by UPS i-parcel. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

WHEN AM I BILLED?
Your credit card will be billed by UPS i-parcel at the time your parcel leaves the U.S. If you select UnionPay Online Payment as your method of payment, you will be charged at the time you place your order.
WHAT WILL MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SAY?
Your credit card statement will read “MADEWELL-iPARCEL828-687-6473”.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Madewell gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective marchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. For more details on how to make a return, click here.
Madewell gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase of the mail-order ship date, if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
