Rated 5 out of 5 by from So versatile and stylish Love this bag!! Bought it a few days ago in store, and I've received many compliments in just these past few days. The bag is perfect for living in a city and and carrying the essentials. Just big enough for a water bottle, camera, wallet, notebook and snacks. Can't wait to use this while I'm traveling for the summer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size for an urban city girl Growing up and living life in NYC you are always looking for that perfect sized messenger bag. I am obsessed with them. The length, width and depth are perfect for all my iPad, wallet, large pouch (for my misc things), snacks, small dog (kidding). The shoulder strap is something you don't ever find in other messenger bags, it offers a flexibility when you want to carry it closer to your body. I only wish it came in black.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality, comparatively good value. Always on the search for the perfect bag...Is this it? Well, for someone always on the search, I'll never find the perfect one, but for a good quality leather bag it's pretty close. The stitching seems tight and good quality, I like the shoulder/handle option, as that is one of my gripes with messenger-style bags--no short grab handle. I'm not sold on the stud-things for closing, but they seem pretty sturdy. I like the interior, with a zip pocket and two others for your phone and wallet. the hardware isn't the highest quality but it looks like it will stand up to use. I would have liked the shoulder strap a little longer for cross-body wear, but I am overweight so if you can wear madewell clothes the bag is probably sized just right for you! As for size, it will definitely fit an ipad, or airbook and then some. I think I will enjoy this bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this bag! I recently purchased the dover as a more versatile laptop/carry-all bag and so far I love it! It neatly fits all of my "on the go" items - 13" mac air, notebook, iPad, phone, wallet, snacks and random other junk that I carry in my travels. The two different strap lengths are a great feature as well! Overall, the bag is a high quality and transitions well from professional meetings to casual weekends. My one gripe so far is that I have found myself fumbling to easily secure the closure straps (which kept me from giving the dover 5 stars). Hopefully that will work itself out in time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Commuter Bag! Initially I was hesitant to buy it because the straps felt thin in stores. So far the bag & straps have not let me down yet. It's a great alternative to the transport tote. I carry everything in this bag: 11' macbook air, planner, papers, pencil case, and folders. It also doesn't look big on my petite figure. I am loving it more each and every time I use it (which is everyday).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good bag in concept, some problems in execution I loved this bag online, but then I went to see it (and maybe buy it) in person. The brown is a light tan. What really bothered me are four things: 1) the crossbody strap was not long enough to be crossbody on someone tall, I'm 5'10" and it ends at a weird length; 2) the leather is not great quality and is thin, feels "plasticky" and shows some gouges and dings; 3) there's some kind of weird structural issue at top, so the flap does not exactly cover the main opening so the sides of the bag "gape" at both sides, and 4) the two notch/button closures are a pain in the butt to open/close. It's a great size and a great price, but you should take a look at this in a B&M or have the option to return if you're online shopping.
