10" High-Rise Skinny Jeans in Hank Wash

10" High-Rise Skinny Jeans in Hank Wash is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Spring/Summer Jeans Bought these jeans over a month ago to replace a pair of skinny jeans. I normally don't go for high-rise, but I love the fit of these jeans. They really suck you in but are comfortable to wear all day. I have slightly muscular thighs, which inevitably pulls my jeans down. These are the first pair of skinny jeans to not sag or require me to constantly pull them up! I have washed them once after I bought them, worn them 1-2x/week since then, and they're just starting to loosen up, but nowhere near to what my other jeans do in a day. I'm normally size 28, 6-8, and I bought these in 28. I'm 5'7, 160# and these are the perfect length on me. I can see why some sized down, but I wouldn't if you're curvier in the thigh area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stretchy and comfortable I love these jeans! I am typically a size 27, and these fit well. They are so perfectly stretchy, but don't look or feel as thin as leggings. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty blues, size down I ordered my usual size in these jeans (28) and they looked awful- too big all over- which is even worse with stretchy fabric. So I sized down to a 27 and what a difference! They fit like a glove- but a little less skin tight-looking than on the model. Perfect. I was skeptical that a 10" rise would stray too far into mom-jean territory, but no. These look so good and chic, and they really do suck everything in. The lighter color is really pretty and the extra stretch make them comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So flattering! Yes, the denim on these isn't quite as thick as the awesome Hayes wash but I am often finding myself grabbing these first as they are extremely comfortable, flattering, and a great color for spring. They hold you in and don't stretch out - all day long. One thing I love about madewell jeans is how they actually crinkle the denim in the hips area and behind the knees to give it an authentic worn look without overly done 'faded' lines - these are the details that keep me coming back. Keep up the good work madewell!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hip & cute Love the look of these! Cute light wash that makes for a fun spring and summer denim. Keep in mind that because of the lighter color, wrinkles and folds can be seen more easily. For example, when i sit down they don't look nearly as flattering as dark jeans around the thighs. Something to keep in mind for curvier girls like myself who are always trying to hide that cellulite. Nevertheless, great jean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Different than other washes I, like other reviewers, fell in love with the dark denim wash in these 10 inchers! So when this color came out, I was so pumped! I love them, BUT the sizing is seriously weird. I'm 5'4" and 118 lbs, and I got these in a 24. As lovely and ego-boosting as that is, it's a joke for me to be a 24, the smallest size offered in stores! I am a 26 solidly everywhere, including the darker wash in these very same jeans. I haven't worn them out yet, but I'm hopeful they'll hold up as beautifully as the darker wash despite the different fiber content. Moral of the story: size down two sizes from your Madewell size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT GO TO JEANS I was seriously blown away by how flattering these jeans are! They suck me in and are the perfect length. I'm 5'5" and 155 lbs and got my regular size 28 :) couldn't be happier!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from These are not the same as the Hayes wash. When I came across the Hayes wash, I vowed to myself I'd own every single pair just like it if it came in different washes. So when these debuted, I ordered them right away. I literally wear my Hayes jeans every. single. day. I was SO disappointed when I tried these on. First of all, you'll notice in the description it has 2% more polyester (and 2% less cotton) as the Hayes wash. Immediately when you open them, you can tell they aren't the same thickness/softness. They have a cheaper denim feel. This might not matter to some people, but fiber content can make a huge difference! I am not exaggerating when I say that these are 3-4 inches longer than my Hayes jeans. I am 5'2". I held them both up and laid them down together, and it's actually laughable. These ones scrunched up so much at the bottom and even wrapped around my heels. I'm not sure why they both are listed as 28.5", but one or the other is clearly wrong. Come on Madewell!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just size down. The fabric composition of this demin is extraordinarily softer than the traditional 9in jeans. You'll need to buy at least one size down to counteract the give the demin will have. As always, love, love, love all of the 10-in rise jeans. They have the pocket technology, so it contains and flattens the stomach. I quite like the classic shade of light blue for the demin, as well. This is a great color to have in anticipation of spring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spice Up Your Jean Game The material does feel different from the regular 9" high rise skinny jeans. Not bad, just different. They still feel sturdy like denim does, but lighter. I immediately began having flashbacks of every awful pair of jeggings I've allowed to sag off of my butt in the past but I pushed through the anxiety and bought them anyways. Thank goodness! I just wore them to work all day and my job is physical. A lot of bending, squatting, walking. They did not stretch or sag AT ALL. I am so impressed. I should have known Madewell jeans would never hurt me like those other brands did. Super flattering. Super slimming. Classic yet subtly sexy. They hug my curves in a good way and really accentuate my figure. Compliments for days. These jeans come to my belly button and the high waist makes them kind of different, which I like. The wash is gorgeous. 5'6" 125 lbs. I am a 26 in Madewell jeans and these were TTS for me. Trust the jeans. Trust.
