At Madewell, we’re perfectionists. In 2018, we expanded our size offerings, but we knew it was just the beginning. And because listening to and learning from our community is at the heart of everything we do, we paid close attention to your feedback—what we got right, what we could do better and how we could create a more inclusive shopping experience.
We’re excited to announce the relaunch of our Plus collection. With new and improved fits in sizes 14W–24W (and more on the way), you can now find your future favorite pair of jeans (and everything you’ll wear with them).
So how did we improve those fits? First, we took notes. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful feedback we received from many of you and we can’t wait for you to see it reflected back in our new collection. We worked for over a year to get everything right, down to the last stitch—we told you we’re perfectionists—to ensure that each piece would feel as good as it looks.
We also wanted to make finding your fit a cinch, so we reset our size scale to better align with the industry standard (you can check out one of them here). Questions about which size is right for you? Our stylists are standing by to help, either by email at stylist@madewell.com or virtual chat. And as always, we offer free shipping and returns for Madewell Insiders (plus lots of other fun perks), so at-home try-ons couldn’t be easier.
Our work isn’t finished. We will continue to expand both our style options and our size range, and plan to offer sizes 14W–28W by the end of 2021.
