Great on curves
Love this dress! Was slightly shorter and tighter (I usually go for looser fits) than I had anticipated but it looked great on so I had to keep it. For the record, I am 5'7", 140 lbs, 32 DD. I'm curvy and tall-ish. Bought my usual size 4 and it fit like a glove. Very flattering and forgiving. Highly recommend if you want a go to for feeling effortlessly sexy or if you have a 70's-themed party to attend.

Comfy and Chic!
5th denim Madewell dress for me. Obsessed? Yes. I love the material that they use for these dresses, stretch so they are comfy but not too stretchy that they stretch out. I got a 00, I am 5'5'' and 108 lbs. Personally I think they run a little large because at no other company am I a 00 in anything. I love this. Make denim dresses every season and I will buy them!!!!

Super cute!
Size ref: 5'1, 110 lbs, 25 inch waist, short waisted
Size ordered: 00 (my usual at Madewell)
The dress fit slightly big on top, but not enough to bother me, as I think it's not supposed to be fitted. The length was perfect for my height. The denim was also super soft. I think it looks better with the sleeves rolled up as pictured because when undone, they are a tad long on me. Overall, it's a super cute dress I look forward to wear once the weather cools.

The best thing
This dress is beyond amazing. My go to if I want to be comfortable and warm all day. The cut is super flattering and I get compliments on it all the time. I was on the fence about the embellishments but the cut and quality were so great that I looked past it and I am so glad that I did. It's so great that I almost want to buy a backup! I think it would be beyond cool if madewell brought this dress back in the future but in different denim washes and colors without the embellishments. It would be life changing. If you are on the fence about this dress just buy it, you won't regret it! Love love love!

Denim dress perfection
The details on this dress are absolutely beautiful. Yes, a little roomy, but I like that in a denim dress, especially for broad shoulders like mine. You do actually have belt loops if you wanted to cinch the waist.
The best part for me is where the waist falls. I rarely find dresses that fall at my waist (long torso), and this hits it perfectly.
