The perfect heel
Coming from someone who hates wearing heels, my 5 stars on this shoe mean a lot. They are by far the comfiest heels I’ve ever worn. Absolutely no break-in period necessary. They fit and felt perfect from the moment I put them on, and I can wear them for hours. The style is outrageously cute too! Couldn’t be happier. So sad I missed out on the black in my size. Please make these in more colors/materials!

new favorite heel!
sure it runs a little snug, but if your feet are narrow, then i wouldnt size up, since theyll stretch out a bit! even though it was a bit more snug than normal, my regular 7.5 fit perfectly after 1-2 sessions of stretching them out a bit/wearing them around the house.
these heels are perfection--the color, the look, the comfort. these will surely be a new staple in my wardrobe

Major Love
This pump looks awesome and the style is great. However it ran small and slim and i had to stretch it to fit into my regular size. Now that its stretched,it is comfy.

as a non-heel wearer, i found these actually quite tolerable. do note: the heel is 2 1/2" high (not 1 1/2" as described). the break in period wasn't too bad. i wore them to my office job on day one, and had to switch to my back-up flats by mid-afternoon. but the second day i wore them straight through without a problem (i do sit a lot, but still). the color is as pictured - dusty brick red. they have a nice angularity to them that gives them a little sass, but they're still classic enough to go with a variety of outfits. recommended.

Perfect (fall) heel
The pointed tow/block heel combination somehow make them seem taller, but they don't feel tall. I'm normally a 6 and I think they run just a bit big but not enough that my heel is slipping out. I'm not even sure if going down a half size would be worth it. I bought them for my fall bridal portraits so I don't have to go tromping around the woods in my fancy wedding shoes, but I can see getting a ton of use out of these all season. I for some reason thought they would have a little more pink, but these are a true brick red.

Exactly what I've been looking for
This shoe is perfect, it has the low comfortable heel, but the pointed toe still makes it feminine and classic and helps to elongate my legs, which I desperately need help with as I am under 5'2"! I've worn them a couple of times and find that they get more comfortable with wear. They're effortlessly chic and exactly what I was looking for in a heel. Thank you Madewell!!

Modern styling earthy color
This shoe is good for a variety of styles and the modern styling gives it something a little extra and different. Very comfortable and wearable. I don't really wear heels but this is doable. Color is also nice on the red.

These heels are EVERYTHING!
These are buttery soft and the reddish brown color I grabbed go with absolutely everything. They are extremely comfortable and can be dressed up or down for more weekday wear. Seriously the most lovely shape. There’s a vintage feel but with clean lines and quality construction. I wish I had the Rivka in rose velvet... and every other color.

Runs Large!
Despite the comments of the shoe running a bit snug at the toes, I am a true 6.5 in Madewell sizes, and this one slips off at the back when I'm walking around with them. Unfortunately, as cute as they are they will be going back...

Sophisticated Feel
Love this heel. I've worn it for work as well as a wedding. It's a bit narrow at the toes but after 2 or so wears it's not too bad.
