great looking but disappointing quality
I loved how this ring looked the day I bought it. A week later, the brass color is wearing away to silver. The product description says the ring is made of brass but it seems like it's probably nickel with a brass colored coating. This is my first purchase with Madewell and I'm very disappointed in the quality.

lovely for a little while
I adore the design of this ring but alas, like the other reviewer, I found that it turned to silver within about a week or so of regular wear. And as far as I know, that is not how actual brass works. I have plenty of Madewell brass earrings that have never tarnished, but perhaps rings just get more wear. It was nice while it lasted.
