How We Do Well
Check out our Do Well Report to learn more about our sustainability efforts and initiatives.

OUR GOAL
By the end of 2030, 100% of the key fibers used in our materials will be sustainably sourced and free of virgin plastics. We also aim to have 30% of our total cotton be sourced from farms that practice regenerative agriculture.
WHAT WE’RE DOING
In 2025, 72% of our total key fibers by volume were Do Well materials. Plus, 98% of our leather continues to be sustainably sourced.

COTTON
A program that safeguards the health and well-being of harvested land and those who live on it, with criteria for soil health, biodiversity, GHG emissions and water quality.

Better Cotton Initiative (BCI)
Our partners at BCI support cotton farmers around the world in using water more efficiently, protecting soil health and natural habitats, reducing reliance on the most harmful chemicals, as well as respecting workers’ rights and well-being.

RESPONSIBLE WOOD PULP
We partner with Lenzing, a leading producer of responsibly sourced cellulosic fibers, to incorporate its materials into our products. Derived from controlled or certified wood sources, TENCEL™ Lyocell, TENCEL™ Modal, and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose fibers are produced with at least 50% lower carbon emissions and water consumption than conventional lyocell, modal and viscose fibers.

Leather Working Group (LWG)
LWG is committed to driving improvements across the global leather supply chain, minimizing the environmental impact of leather production.
