WHAT WE’RE DOING
Through our partnership with Fair Trade USA, we aim to empower the people who manufacture our products by ensuring fair conditions and equal economic opportunities. For each product produced in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, we pay a premium that goes directly to a fund governed by the workers at the factory.
STRONGER TOGETHER
We’ve contributed over $11 million in Fair Trade premiums (and counting).
EMPOWERED EMPLOYEES
Nearly 20,000 workers receive better benefits, including the ability to use the premium money towards initiatives that are most important to them (like extended healthcare and educational opportunities).
